July Music Rehearsal Letter
This letter details the Tuesday Night music rehearsals that will take place in July to prepare for the upcoming marching band season. During this time the initial learning and beginning to memorize parts will take place to launch the marching band into the competitive season on the right foot...oops I mean left foot!
Marching Band Camp Letter
This letter is sent annually to all parents and is very important! It describes all of the details for students to survive band camp and contribute to the snack tent. Please look over it carefully well in advance of band camp which takes place the first week of August! In addition, the entire season's schedule is listed including football games and competitions with any special notes. (This information can also be found online here: Calendar.) The policies for uniforms, the band fee, renting school instruments, and the band boosters are also included. This letter is necessary to start the year off!
Policies for East Peoria Instrumental Music
This document details the policies for the East Peoria Instrumental Music program including marching band, grading, pep band, necessary classroom materials, and other opportunities. Every student and their parents must sign and return the last page to the band office.
